Which instruments are supported?

StringFlow supports violin, viola, and cello. Double bass support is being explored for a future version.

Which platforms are supported?

StringFlow is designed first for Mac and iPad, and is also available on iPhone.

What file formats can I import?

StringFlow imports MusicXML, compressed MusicXML, XML, MXL, MIDI, and MID files.

What are Source Files?

Source Files are your original score files. StringFlow keeps them visible instead of hiding everything behind disposable app caches.

Can I scan a folder I already use?

Yes. StringFlow is designed to scan a Source Files folder you already use, such as a local folder, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or another synced folder.

Does organizing songs move my source files?

No. Collections are metadata, not physical folders. Organizing songs never moves Source Files.

Does StringFlow use subscriptions?

No. StringFlow is a one-time purchase app.

Does StringFlow upload my music?

No. StringFlow itself does not upload your music. If you place Source Files in a cloud-managed folder, that provider may sync files according to its own settings and privacy policy.
